Empathy and biology to heal and understand oneself as a whole.
My somatic counselling work is based on the Polyvagal theory of Stephen Porges, in understanding our autonomic nervous system. The work heal and re-patterns unregulated, stuck emotions and behaviours that holds us back in moving forward.
I also work with children, new borns and parents.
Sessions are online to allow my clients to stay in their safe enviroment. I work in french, english and dutch, and I can understand german and bulgarian.
