You can only register at the Rotterdam International Center (formerly Rotterdam Expat Centre) if you are going to live within the municipality of Rotterdam, or within the municipality of Schiedam. Be aware that the cities mentioned below do not belong to the municipality of Rotterdam nor Schiedam.
