IND follow-up appointments within one immigration case per person are free. For example: if you are exempt from the MVV requirement and have to provide biometrics at the Rotterdam International Center (formerly Rotterdam Expat Centre), you will not have to pay again for a separate IND appointment to collect your residence permit. An extension of your permit is seen as a new immigration case and does require you to pay for a separate IND appointment.
