As of July 1st a new phase is beginning regarding the measures on the COVID-19 virus. In the Netherlands we are moving from an intelligent lockdown to less restrictive rules. Staying 1.5 metres apart remains the norm.

The Dutch government is doing its best to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus. It is also taking measures to help businesses that are affected by the crisis. As of 1 July 2020, the Netherlands has lifted the travel ban for certain groups of travellers and created a so called EU safe list. The list of countries will be reviewed every 2 weeks.

Travellers arriving in The netherlands from certain countries and regions should self-quarantine for 10 days. Even if you do not have any symptoms or if you have tested negative for COVID-19. Once in the Netherlands, you can self-quarantine at home or in temporary or holiday accommodation.
