Due to the latest measures from the government on Sunday March 15th concerning the COVID-19 virus, the one stop shop of Rotterdam Expat Centre will be closed until April 6th. The IND and municipality desks will physically not be available at Rotterdam Expat Centre till April 28th. However, Rotterdam Stadhuis and IND desk Rotterdam will still be open.

Yes, you can schedule the appointment directly at Rotterdam City Hall by calling: +31 (0)10-2671625 or online. Rotterdam Expat Centre’s one stop shop will open on April 6th again.

The IND desks will physically be available again at Rotterdam Expat Centre on April 28th. It is possible to schedule an appointment at the IND desk Rotterdam.

If you stay in the Netherlands with a short-stay visa and can not leave the country, you can request an extension by phone. It is not possible to extend a visa at the IND desk.
