Brexit information meeting for expats

Rotterdam Partners is happy to invite you to the Brexit information meeting for expats on October 29th, 2019 at the Schielandshuis from 17:30 - 19:30 h.

Consequences
As everyone knows the United Kingdom (UK) is intending to leave the European Union (EU). This exit (Brexit) has consequences for most United Kingdom nationals and their family members who wish to continue living in the Netherlands. Much is still unclear in the Brexit negotiations between the EU and the UK. From the negotiation phase to agreements over a transition period. We find it important to keep British residents in The Netherlands informed of the consequences and the different scenarios of Brexit.

Residence permit
After the Brexit, the British residents are no longer EU citizens, and will have to apply for a residence permit. Our Rotterdam Expat Centre organizes this meeting to inform you about this process. During this meeting you will hear the latest state of affairs and what these developments can mean for you. The speaker from the IND (Immigration Office) will give you clear advice and tips to prepare you for Brexit.
